There’s only one day to go before the best free day out you’ll find anywhere. The good weather’s booked, the stunt riders are raring to go, the demo bikes are fuelled, the fish and chip van is warming up, and the bouncy castle is being pumped up as we speak. All you have to do is have a ride over and bring your driving documents for an assessed ride with an advanced police rider – and bring all the family with you – there’s something for them too!
Sorry for the lateness of this one, here is a list of the bikes Kawasaki are bringing for you to test ride.
The weather is set to be glorious so make the most of your visit and go for an assessed ride on one of these bikes!

We would like to thank Costco Wholesale for kindly donating bottled water to all the police motorcyclists who will be carrying out the assessed rides.
Ducati UK will be bringing at least ten bikes for you to see and to ride on an assessed ride with an advanced police rider. Including the following (or multiples of these):-
Just a quick note about bringing your driving documents along with you. We have had quite a few queries about this so here is a summary.
- You need to bring your driving licence for any assessed ride. If you have a photocard type licence then you need both parts
- You need your original insurance certificate (not a photocopy) if you are doing an assessed ride on your own bike
- If your insurance certificate was emailed to you by your insurance company you need to print it out in best quality mode (showing it on your phone screen will not be acceptable)
- You will need your MOT certificate (if required) to do an assessed ride on your own bike
This post will be updated with answers to any further queries we receive.
….and these are the demo bikes that Suzuki are bringing.
The following Yamaha demo bikes will be available for you to take out on an assessed ride. Don’t forget your licence and have fun!
